Constructed Habitats

Over the years, we have built many different types of constructed habitat on the farm. These include insect hotels, bat houses, owl boxes, floating wetlands, constructed wetlands and indigenous gardens. We do this to provide safe and inviting homes for different animals, and in so doing increase the biodiversity on the farm.

Pictured here is one of our insect hotels, which we know is home to different species of ants, beetles and spiders to name a few.
